November weather in Okinawa

Hello!

Please, tell me, how is usually weather in Okinawa in November?

Is there sun shining or not. Is cold to swim in the sea... Is it worth a travel to Okinawa in this time?

I would like see nice beaches and white sand in sunshine. It´s a few simply, isn´t it? :-)

I´m from Czech republic and it´s very long distance for me, I would like enjoyed it, but it´s unfortunately possible for me only in November.

Hello Petis and welcome to the forums,

If you look at the bottom of this page <Okinawa Weather> there is a chart that will give you an idea of the temp and rain fall in Okinawa for November and every other month of the year.

November is usually a good time to travel as the weather is still warm and it is usually after Typhoon season so the really bad storms are not usually a problem.

Most of the beaches are closed after October partly because of the increase of Habu Jelly Fish

Or consider coming out a month earlier and catch the Naha Matsuri, which I believe is in October? That's there the world's largest Tug-of-war (natural made) can be seen! Quite exciting to see I must say and would be worth coming out a month earlier imho.
