Hateno hama Information Required

Hi

I am travelling to Kumejima in a couple of weeks time and was wondering if anyone had some information regarding how to get to Hateno hama?

Does one have to join one of the tours to get there?  Or are there boat schedules that allow you the freedom to pick what time you wish to depart for and come back from hateno hama?

Do all tours/boats depart from the same port?

Does anyone have any recommendations for good tours? (any english speaking ones?)

Any help would be appreciated. Looking forward to experiencing Okinawa

How to get to Hatenohama

Hello Carol.
Last time when my friend went to Hatenohama Island, there were no English speaking tour.
The cost for a day tour was about 4000yen per person including lunch and transportation.

She told me that you will definitely need parasol and sunscreen!!
You can also rent parasol. I remember that she was checking Jumbo Tours as they have English speaking staff and they can help you book a tour.
