Yomitan Village Youth Eisa Festival

This Eisa festival gives a chance for the youth of Okinawa to show off their talent and it is also a sight to behold. Over 600 Eisa dancers and performers from 12 regions of Okinawa get together and wow the audience in this annual large scale Okinawa festival.

Starting at 2:00 pm and going all through the day until 9:00 pm the various youth groups keep the high energy presentation going continuously in the Okinawa summer’s heat. All the talent of the day comes together for the grand climax when everyone starts dancing, singing and playing music coordinated to an impressive fireworks display.
