Bingata means Okinawan traditional resist dyed cloth. Shuri Ryusen has been in business for 36years in Okinawa. Founded by Mr.Yamaoka who was a creator of Kyo-Yusen dyeing and a researcher of natural plant of dyeing. He also create a new dyeing method of using coral. He has since passed this successful business on to his daughter Ms.Oshiro.
