Kurima-bridge, Miyakojima Okinawa Japan

Considered the longest farm road bridge in Japan the Kurima-bridge was completed in 1995 and boasts an impressive 1,690 meter in length. What makes this bridge truly special is not the distance it spans but rather the spectacular views to be had while crossing it. From a top Kurima-bridge the emerald green sea appears to change color as you travel. Words can’t describe the true beauty to be taken in from this man made super structure. This is a perfect place to go for a drive or a stroll while on Miyakojima Island.
