Typhoon Kompas Update /Flights update

 A strong Typhoon Kompasu (Typhoon No.7) stroke Okinawa directly with winds of hurricane strength and torrential rain early Tuesday.

As of 9pm August 30th, the center of Typhoon Kompasu was located about 230km south of Minami Daitou Is. 

Also there are another 2 typhoon Lionrock(No. 6) in Tiwan area and Typhoon Namtheun(No.8) located on the Yonaguni Island.Tropical Storm Lionrock is forecast to land on the shores of southeastern China west of Taiwan at midweek.

Further strengthening is forecast before the center of Kompasu passes directly over, or at least near, the main island of Okinawa.
