French food comes to Okinawa

Today I would like to introduce you to a fancy restaurant which serves delicious dishes you won’t be able to resist, even if you are on a diet.

‘Restaurant BBR’ is located in Ota, Uruma City, they serve a French style cuisine but they use all Okinawan ingredients.

The restaurant stands in a quiet residential area. If you go there for the first time, it might be difficult to find. When you enter the restaurant, an open kitchen is on your left. As a guest, this will make you feel happy and ease your mind to see the chef and cooks working hard. The walls and furniture have light tones, which has a modern trendy style. The staff, are well trained and will show you utmost courtesy.

I never expected Okinawan ingredients could be used in such an excellent French cuisine like this.  I have to raise my hat to the chef’s creativity and cooking skill! The dish I especially enjoyed is Winter Squash and Cream Risotto Sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese. I don’t usually like winter squash so much, but it tastes soooo good cooked in a fancy French risotto like this. On top of that, this course menu is hearty. I was already full before I even started eating the beef fillet steak I had ordered, but I always have room for dessert.  After all, I finished every single dish.

"How can I resist these? Somebody tell me!"

NOTE: This restaurant is very popular, so please make reservation
